We support nonprofit agencies in areas where they fall short due to constraints on resources and excessive red tape.
Our desire is to support organizations that offer relief to the poor, especially to women, children and elderly who suffer abuse, neglect, poverty, war, famine or natural disasters.

We believe in the holistic treatment of social issues, because humans are spirit, soul and body, every part interwoven with the other, and must be treated accordingly.
We don't believe in handouts, but we do believe in empowering the individual by giving them a leg up where they can help themselves and help others to do the same.

Charted in the State of Ohio in 2012. We obtained 501 (c) (3) Tax Exempt status in 2014. and obtained a Certificate of Authorization in the State of Georgia in 2015.
Our public charity remains in good standing, with both state and federal oversight.
